While many commentators focus on the immediate, economic impact of tariffs, deficit reduction and other policy changes, the long-term changes being put in place by Trump are more significant and frankly positive. Don’t let the short-term thinking coming from the financial media blind you to the very significant transformation underway in Washington. As with any significant economic change, the majority of people are behind the curve in terms of understanding the significance of the disruption.
